Our Story
The Problem We Lived
Our founders experienced firsthand the challenges young Ghanaians face in tech. Despite having skills, they struggled to find opportunities to gain real-world experience. Internships and entry-level positions were scarce, leaving many talented young people without pathways to meaningful tech careers.
The Dream We Shared
We dreamed of a Ghana where young people wouldn't have to endure the long, lonely journey of self-teaching that we experienced. We envisioned a place where they could learn from experienced mentors, work on real projects, and build the confidence needed to become future business owners and innovation leaders.
The Solution We Built
Youngnovate Foundation was born from this vision. We partner with industry leaders to provide hands-on training, real project experience, and direct pathways to tech careers. Our programs are completely free, ensuring that financial barriers never prevent talented young Ghanaians from pursuing their dreams.
The Impact We're Making
Since our inception, we've successfully trained over 50 students across multiple tech disciplines. Many have secured positions in leading organizations, while others have started their own businesses, contributing to Africa's growing tech ecosystem.
